If it were not for the
exorbitantly high cost of healthcare, we would have been able to retire
comfortably in the US.

our healthcare choices including CAJA, CR's nationalized healthcare
system and BUPA, an international private insurance company.
Overall healthcare costs
are significantly lower in Costa Rica than in the United States.
