construction standards.
House quality can vary from
home to home and from builder to builder so
DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING!

workmanship shown in this video are unique to the house in which I
lived. Overall, Rancho Lobo is a fine
development.
The other homes in that
community appear to be built to higher standards and their owners are
not reporting any problems as seen in this video. |
