It's simple...  we charge $250 a day for up to two adults.  We are able to accommodate one additional couple for an additional daily charge of $250. 

BUT WAIT... before you click off to another website, please consider the following... Cost is relative to value.  If you decide to move to Costa Rica and (for whatever reason) that decision turns out to be the wrong decision*, here are some costs that you might be facing:

  • $6-10,000 to containerize and ship your personal possessions

  • $4,000 for an attorney to process your immigration application (2 persons)

  • $15,000 for a "knock around" car (probably 10 years old with 100,000 kms)

  • $12,000 for rent assuming you find a place for $1000/month

  • Plus $4,000 for other miscellaneous expenses for you'll be incurring.

  • You are facing an out of pocket cost of $45,000 + the first year alone!

By investing a small amount in Due Diligence, you may come to the conclusion that Costa Rica may or may not be the place of your dreams.  On the other hand, such knowledge may reinforce your zeal to move here.  The good news is that you'll be making decisions with your brain and not your heart.  Either way, your Due Diligence effort will result in a lowering your long-term expense.

For a single fee of $250 per day, we will:

  • Custom design a tour to meet your requirements

  • Provide all ground transportation during tour days.  We'll even pick you up at the Liberia airport.

  • Provide daily lunches at local Costa Rican eateries while on tour.

  • Meet full-time residents of our area and get answers to all your questions.

  • Supply the automobile and the expertise - You supply the  questions.

Our time is your time.  You will receive 100% of our attention from the time we pick you up in the morning until when we drop you off at your hotel at the end of the day.

* The daily rate does not include:

  • Hotel room and board

  • Admission fees for recreational activities

  • Alcoholic beverages
