BALANCE DUE:

The balance due will be payable prior to the start of the tour.  If you wish to use a credit card to pay the balance, this needs to be done electronically before you start your tour.  Else, your balance will be payable in cash (USD or CRC) at the beginning of your tour.

This transaction is handled by PayPal, an eBay company.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• All cancellations must be made in writing.

• 100% refund* will be made if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of your tour date

• 50% refund* will be made if cancellation occurs within 1 week of your tour date

• No refund if cancellation occurs with less than 1 week before start of tour.
